What:

These are the sessions that you can book. We will endeavor to add more of the popular sessions, but there are some that will have limited numbers. For example we can’t have Harry Rock in 2 places at the same time!

When:

Either full days or half days on the Saturday & Sunday

Where:

This will be decided by the coaches in conjunction with our local river guides at the time

Time:

08:45 Briefing
09:00- 12:00 is half day
13:00- 16:45 is the other half.

Other:We’ll let you know more in the evening and morning meetings/briefings. We reserve the right to change sessions to accomodate large preferences on one session or in response to weather, water levels or staffing needs.

White water introduction - tandem
White water intermediate - tandem
White water Introduction - solo
White water intermediate - solo (cautious attitude)
White water intermediate - solo (go for it attitude)
White water intermediate/advanced - grade 2-3
White water advanced (learning - not just adrenaline!)
Up the creek without a paddle - poles & lines
"Heart of the Lakes" - Great Langdale Beck, grade 2-3
River rescue in depth
Women's white water solo - grade 1-2
Women's white water solo - grade 2-2+
Leadership as a tool to keep you & your mates safe
